Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 0263/2019 dated 18.09.2019, registered at Police Station Hauz Khas Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 354/354(D) IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. According to complainant, petitioner was her friend and they were in relationship. Thereafter, on account of some dispute between their respective mothers, the aforesaid relationship came to an end. 3. According to her, on 13.09.2019, when she met the petitioner, he had touched her inappropriately. 4.
