Leave to appeal has already been granted by a detailed order passed by us on 27.01.2026. The order dated 04.06.2025 passed by the D.I.O.S. has already been withdrawn in terms of order dated 05.02.2026. 3. We have heard the appeal. The respondent no.1-petitioner has challenged an order dated 05.05.2025 passed by the D.I.O.S. in the context of a resolution passed by Committee of Management of Sarvjanik Vidhyalaya Inter College for appointment by transfer of the appellant-Dr. Shashi.
