Present appeal has been filed by the appellant, who is the husband, against the respondent, who is the wife. 3. Before proceeding with the submissions of the learned counsel for the appellant, it would be necessary to lay down the facts of this case. The parties got married under the Hindu customs, traditions and rituals, on 02.03.2023 at Ghaziabad. Neither of the parties have permanent residence in Ghaziabad. The husband, at the material point of time, had his residence at Delhi and the respondent-wife had her residence in Himanchal Pradesh. They got married at Ghaziabad to secure a certificate of
