Heard Ms. Shraddha Srivastava, holding brief of Shri Mukesh Singh, learned counsel for the appellants as well as Shri Vikram Soni, learned counsel for the Insurance Company and perused the record. 2. The instant appeal has been preferred against the judgment and award dated 24.02.2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No.5, Faizabad/Ayodhya (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in M.A.C.P. No.241 of 2015 for enhancement of compensation. 3. Brief facts of the case are that on 17.06.2015, at around 08:00pm, one Suneel Kumar aged about 49 years was traveling as a pillion rider on a motorcycle bearing registration no. UP45E2711, which was being driven by Sushil Kumar Singh. When they reached village Durgapur, situated at Poorabazar to Masaudha road, a Nilgai (Blue Bull) suddenly came in front of the vehicle
