Court No. - 86 HON'BLE SUBHASH CHANDRA SHARMA, J. Heard learned counsel for the revisionists as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. The present criminal revision has been filed with prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 21.02.2026 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhaghpat in Criminal Case No.10784 of 2024 (State vs. Tarik and others) arising out of submission of charge sheet dated 18.10.2024 in Case Crime No.554 of 2024, under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 354B I.P.C., Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat and allow the application dated 05.12.2025 under Section 239 Cr.P.C. of the revisionist filed in the aforesaid case. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionists that in this case revisionist no.1 is daughter-in-law of opposite party no.2/the informant and revisionist nos.2 to 5 are family members of the revisionist no.1.
