Heard Shri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents particularly respondents No.2 & 3 to register the FIR of the petitioner in the light of judgment of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh AIR 2014 SC 187." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had attempted to lodge the First Information Report against the private opposite parties, but the F.I.R. was not lodged, hence this petition. 4.
