Heard Shri V.P.Srivastava, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Shri Padmakar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S.K.Rai, learned A.G.A.-Ist, for the State respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant-Smt. Shushma Devi, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 206 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District-Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.08.2025. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that First Information Report was lodged against four named, including the applicant, and some unknown persons with the allegation that all
