The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.20 of 2026, under Sections 309(4), 317(3), 3(5), 310(4), 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kopaganj, District Mau, during pendency of the trial. 3.
