Shukla, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.19 of 2026, under Sections 109 of B.N.s. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Ecotach-3 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3.
