The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 25 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 317(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS and Section 66D I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Auraiya, District Auraiya during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person having mobile numbers 7423682044 and 6398432275 and according to the FIR informant received a call from London and caller informed him that he is sending gold and diamond etc. to her and her parcel has been arrived at Mumbai Airport and for clearance of parcel she will have to deposit certain amounts and thereafter informant deposited Rs. 33,63,925/- in different accounts but subsequently she came to know that she has b
