By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 46 of 2025, under sections 70(1) and 351 (2) of the BNS (old sections 376 D and 506 IPC), Police Station Sangramgarh, District- Pratapgarh is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. The brief facts of the present case are that on 26.03.2025, an FIR has been lodged under Sections 70(1) and 351 (2) of the BNS (old sections 376 D and 506 IPC) against the named accused person namely Anoop Mishra alleging therein that on 24.03.2025, the named accused person had enticed and eloped with his 19 years old daughter. 4.
