Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No.027/2026, Under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS (Section 304-B, 498A, I.P.C.) and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station - Nighasan, District - Lakhimpur Kheri, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. The brief facts of the case are that an F.I.R. dated 26.01.2026 under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS (Sections 304-B, 498A, I.P.C.) and Section 3/4 D.P. Act was registered against three named accused persons including the present applicant alleging therein that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized 4 years ago with Sonu Nath (co-accused).
