Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for state. 2. This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No. 149 of 2025, Under Sections-191 (2), 115 (2), 352, 351 (3), 109 (1), 110, 333 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, Police Station- Leelapur, District- Pratapgarh. 3. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 4. As per contents of first information report, incident is said to have taken place on 11th June 2025 at about 11:25 a.m., when the applicant along with co-accused is said to have attacked the informant and his family members and inflicted grievous injuries upon them due to which two of the informant's family members namely Kalam and Arman suffered serious head injuries. 5.
