First bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.198 of 2025, under Sections 121(1), 121(Kha), 132, 125(2), 221, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of B.N.S. & 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. As per contents of first information report, the incident is said to have taken place on 10.07.2025 when respondent no.2 as Revenue Inspector along with a team constituted in terms of directions issued by Sub- Divisional Magistrate dated 05.07.2025 was performing official duties in the Village but certain persons created disturbance and indulged in brick- throwing upon the official team.
