Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of opposite party-State. 1A. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case Crime No.15 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 P.S.Chhapiya District Gonda. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that as per gang chart, applicant is shown involved in a single case bearing Case Crime No.163 of 2022 in which he has been enlarged on bail by this Court in Bail Application No.9409 of 2023 as averred in paragraph-7 of the affidavit and copy of the bail order has been brought on record as Annexure 3. 4.
