Heard Sri Barrister Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Komal Prasad Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sanjeev Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant and Ms. Mayuri, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.14 of 2026, under Sections- 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Sidhpura, District- Kasganj, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that deceased was missing since 26.10.2025 and a dead body was recovered on 27.10.2025 and postmortem of the said dead body was conducted on 30.10.2025 as unclaimed body.
