Heard Shri Anand Swaroop Gautam along with Shri Vinod Kumar Bharti, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri S.D. Shukla, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.530 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to some family dispute.
