By means of this application preferred under Section 483 BNSS/439 Cr.P.C., the applicant, who is involved in Crime No. 491/2024, under Sections 140 of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Section 364 of IPC) & 103(2) of BNS, 2023 (newly added) and 3/25 of the Arms Act is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3.
