The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant in relation to FIR/Case Crime No. 98 of 2025 under Sections 87, 70(1), 351(3) B.N.S. (old Sections 366, 376-D, 506 I.P.C), Police Station -Safipur, District Unnao. 3. The brief facts of the case are that on 26.03.2025, an FIR has been lodged under Sections 87, 69 and 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 against four named accused persons, including the present applicant, alleging therein that the informant/victim, a girl aged about 19 years, was enticed away by the applicant on 01.08.2024 and was taken to Unnao Kacheri, where co-accused Anshul
