This Court on 06.02.2026 passed the following order:- "1. Heard Ms. Tanisha Jahangir Monir, learned counsel for the applicants, Ms. Sandhya Singh, learned counsel for the first informant, Shri B.P. Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.541 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 190, 127(2), 131, 115(2), 109(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Jhangirabad, District Bulandshahr, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicants may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that there is a cross case to the present case and the applicants have also received injuries in the alleged incident.
