Khalil, learned counsel for accused applicant hands up supplementary affidavit disclosing the criminal history. The same is taken on record. 2. Heard Mohd. Khalil and Learned AGA for the State. 3. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 390 of 2024, under Section 317(3) BNS, P.S.- Mawana, District- Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that during investigation, the name of accused applicant has been figured out and while the police arrested the accused applicant, there was recovery alleged from the possession of the applicant, which are the part of transformer, the starter and the transformer oil.
