The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 851 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3) of BNS, P.S.- Sardhana, District- Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 13.12.2025 for the alleged incident of 12.11.2024. It is alleged in the FIR lodged by informant- Additional District Co-operative Officer for the embezzlement in the account of primary co-operative society wherein the accused applicant is the secretary.
