The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 72 of 2026, under Sections 85, 108, 352, 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station – Barhalganj, District Gorakhpur, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail, during pendency of the trial, as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
