The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.1373 of 2021, under Sections 498A, 304B, 307, 34 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Bulandshahr, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the above- mentioned case. 3. Supplementary affidavit filed by the Learned counsel for the applicant today in Court, is taken on the record. 4. The Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
