The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime no.10 of 2024, under Section 409 IPC, Police Station Balua, District Chandauli, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, during pendency of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 2. This Court, on 10.03.2026, passed the following order : "1. Heard Sri Virendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri BP Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2.
