Court No. - 71 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri Yatharth Srivastava, learned Advocate, holding the brief on behalf of accused applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2025, under Section 109 BNS and 3/25 Arms Act and Sections 3/5A/5B/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Raipur, District- Sonbhadra. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in the case of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act wherein the co-accused have been apprehended carrying the cattle. On apprehending the co-accused, the co- accused had named the accused applicant who is resident of Bihar, being involved in the purchase of those cattle. Learned counsel further
