The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 130 of 2022, under Sections 409, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Mohana, District Siddharthnagar, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, during pendency of the trial, as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case. 2. This Court, on 25.02.2026, passed the following order : "1. Heard Shri Deepak Kumar Srivastava along with Shri Ganesh Shanker Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri B.P.
