Court No. - 72 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 211 of 2025, under Sections 305(a), 317(2) of the B.N.S., Police Station Barhan, District Agra, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the aforesaid case. 2. This Court, on 12.02.2026, passed the following order : "1. Heard Shri Himanshu Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri B.P. Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.211 of 2025, under Sections 305(a), 317(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Barhan, District Agra, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3.
