Praveen Kumar, Station House Officer, Ujhani, District Budaun, is present in the Court today, who is identified by Sri Bipin Bihari Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel. 2. A compliance affidavit alongwith exemption application has been filed today, which is taken on record. Learned CSC has placed before the Court the instructions, so received by him post lunch. According to which the tanker has been released and the custody of the tanker has been handed over to one Sheesh Pal Singh, Block Pramukh. According to him, the order of writ Court has been complied with. 3. This Court is surprised to note the fact that an order has been passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun for releasing the tanker, which was up held in the revisional order passed by the Sessions Judge and the same has not been complied by the opposite party.
