Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 954/2022 of PS Prem Nagar for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2 herein) has settled all matrimonial disputes with the petitioners. 2. State has no objection to this petition. Statements of parties have already been recorded by the concerned Joint Registrar. CRL.M.C.1277/2026 pages 2.5.4.20=8401dd889b27a77b2f65ffffe4afe c45569af3962c6fb4835d435f97626cacca, 3. The respondent no.2 is present in court today and is identified by IO/SI Om Prakash. I have spoken with respondent no.2 in Hindi and it is stated by her that she has compromised all disputes with the petitioners. Marriage between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 stands already dissolved by way of decree of divorce. No child was
