However, we find that if this Court while deciding the writ petition omitted to consider part of the relief prayed for pertaining to payment by BSA then instead of modification, review application would be appropriate course. 3. We accordingly, dispose of the modification application with liberty to the applicant to seek review of the said judgment, subject to objection if any, in this regard by the respondents.
