Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh as and when civil death of petitioner's father is declared either by the court of law or after expiry of the 7 years, whichever is earlier. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the above request. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
