By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to transfer the petitioner from District Kushinagar to nearest District from the house of petitioner in District Kanpur Nagar, Agra and Kannauj as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 15.04.2025 moved by the petitioner and pending before them within stipulated period." 3.
