Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. After some arguments learned counsel for petitioner submits that his pending statutory appeal before respondents No. 1 may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. The memo of appeal is brought on record. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event petitioners pending statutory Departmental appeal/ representation dated 06.07.2024 is directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 4.
