By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent no. 3, to consider the grievances of the petitioner with Regard to transferring him from District Banda to any Nearby District/ Adjoining District ofNational Capital Region (NCR) i.e. Ghaziabad, Gautambudh Nagar, Hapur Meerut, or Baghpat at 07 or 04 Unit Fire Station in view of 24(5) of the U.P. Fire & Emergency Service Rules-2024, on Compassionate Ground to his Own Request, in Pursuance of the Transfer Policies & Circular dated 15/12/2003, 28/01/2005, 06/05/2025."
