By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has assailed the order dated 22.08.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 holding the petitioner to be of short height than the one prescribed under the relevant recruitment rules. 3. It is claimed that previously when the petitioner had faced similar selection conducted by the respondents, his height was found to be accurate as per measurement for being 170 cms.
