Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No. 2 to 4 for removal of illegal /unlawful encroachment of the Private Opposite Parties ie, opposite party no-6 to 10 from the Public Utility road i.e. Gata No. 506, 660 and 661 of Village - Sonbarsa, Tehsil - Bhinga, District - Shrawasti, which is recorded as रास्ता, हरिजन आबादी एवं खाद गड्ढा in the revenue records." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P.
