Revenue Code, 2006, however, against the said order appeal has been preferred by the alleged encroacher bearing Case No. D202410640001833 which is pending before the Additional District Magistrate, Sitapur under Section 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the next date fixed is 29.09.2025. 4. He further states that he does not have any instructions whether there is any interim order operating in the appeal or not.
