Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby directing the opposite parties concerned to conduct a proper inspection and inquiry of the public land situated in Village Ariya, Pargana and Tehsil - Akabarpur, District - Ambedkarnagar and accordingly to remove illegal encroachments from the public land and restore them to their original condition for public use, in the interest of justice." 3.
