Heard Shri Suresh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Anupma Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State and Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel appearing for Gaon Sabha concerned. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State says that enquiry officer has already been appointed by the District Magistrate to conduct the preliminary enquiry on the complaint received against the Gram Pradhan. In view of the aforesaid statement given by the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, no further adjudication is required in these proceedings. It is accordingly dismissed.
