The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the concerned opposite parties to remove / demolish the encroachment and illegal construction on Gata No. 8519, area 0.028 hect., situated in Village - Bahadurpur, Jayas, Tehsil -Tiloi, District Amethi, which is mentioned as Chak Marg in the revenue records." 3.
