Sri Lokesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 4 has informed the Court that a charge-sheet has been submitted by the Police in the instant matter and the petitioner has also been filed an Application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. for challenging the charge-sheet.
