Upon being informed by the learned A.G.A. that the charge-sheet had been submitted by the Police in the instant matter, Sri Mahendra Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to avail such remedy as might be available under the law.
