Upon being informed by the learned A.G.A. that a charge-sheet had been submitted by the Police in the instant matter, Sri Saurabh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to avail such remedy as might be available under the law. 2.
