Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. He has been implicated in the present case on the basis of circumstantial evidence. There is no ocular evidence to corroborate the prosecution story, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication. The applicant is in jail since 05.05.2023. He is ready to cooperate with trial.
