Heard Shri Rajendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Vijendra Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vivek Patel Alias Babi, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 123 of 2025, under Section 64 (1)M of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 5L/6, 3/4 POCSO Act and Added Section 64 (2) M, 87, 137 (2) BNS and Section 3 (2) (5) SC&ST Act, Police Station Kone, District Sonbhadra, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.5.2025.
