Court No. - 65 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State and perused the record. 2-The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant-Ashish Gupta with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 319 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Chakeri, District- Kanpur Nagar during the pendency of trial. 3-As per the prosecution case in brief, complainant Smt. Meena Bishnoi, who is mother of the deceased-Sneha Bishnoi got a first information report lodged on 19.05.2025 against Madhu Gupta, Arun Kumar, Ashish Gupta (applicant), Deepak Gupta and Swati Gupta who are mother-in-law, father-in-law, husband, brother-in-law (jeth) and sister-in-law of the deceased respectively stating inter-alia that the marriage of her daughter was solemnized with the applicant on 04
