Court No. - 87 HON'BLE SANTOSH RAI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Om Prakash alias Bablu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 122 of 2025, under Section 27A/29 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Ghorawal, District Sonbhadra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Sections 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with. Only 5.1 kg. ganja was recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is too below commercial quantity.
