This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Sagar @ Chhota, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 0238 of 2025, under Sections 64(2), 316(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, registered at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Muzaffarnagar. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 14.07.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she was married to Ajay @ Sanjay in the year 2016 and has three children from the said wedlock.
