This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Aaris @ Monu, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 91 of 2025, under Sections 333, 64(1), 351(2) BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Titavi, District Muzaffar Nagar. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 24.04.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that her husband is an Agricultural Engineer in a private company at Gurgaon in Haryana and lives outside. Aaris @ Monu the applicant lives in front of her house who is a mischievous boy and he in his talks entangled her in his love affair and used to talk to her since last seven months on phone.
